What is the process look like

📞 Step 1: The Connection (Discovery Call)

We start with a FREE 45-minute call. This isn’t a sales pitch; it’s a high-level conversation to discuss your "North Star" and ensure my Integrative System Model is the right vehicle for your goals.

📋 Step 2: The Blueprint (Assessment)

We schedule your Comprehensive Postural & Movement Assessment.

  • What we do: Analyze mechanics  and posture.

  • The Goal: Find the "why" behind your plateaus or movement limitations.

🗺️ Step 3: The Custom Build (Program Design)

I translate your assessment data into a Bespoke Performance Roadmap. This is a custom program built for your specific anatomy, equipment access, and schedule—never a template.

🔑 Step 4: The Technical Handover (1-on-1)

Before you join the team or go solo, we have a Private 1-on-1 session (scheduled outside of regular team slots).

  • Execution: We walk through every exercise to dial in intent and intensity.

  • Confidence: We ensure your form is perfect so you hit the ground running.

💪 Step 5: The Partnership (Ongoing Training)

Now, the real work begins on your chosen path (Private, Team, or Hybrid).

  • Team Training: 2 to 3 coached sessions per week where I "float" in between the team  to provide real-time cues.

  • Private Forum: Direct access for daily accountability, habit support, and community.

Initial Investement (one off fees)

💰 The one-off initial investment is $417.45 including G.S.T, which covers the compulsory postural and movement assessment, program design, and the first session.

The "Why": High Frequency = High Performance! I created this because consistency is the king of results. In a 1-on-1 setting, many athletes only train with a coach once a week—honestly, that’s not enough to trigger elite-level adaptation.

In this format, you join a high-vibe community while I "float" to provide expert cues and adjustments. You get tow to three coached sessions per week for the price of one! We turn your training into an unstoppable high-frequency habit.

  • 🚀 Massive Value: This slashes your coaching cost from $139.15 down to just $46.38 per session!

📲 Option 3: Hybrid Format (In-Person + Independent)

For the Self-Motivated Athlete. Get the expert setup in person, then take your elite roadmap anywhere! Execute your programming independently via my seamless training app.
