How does it work?

We start with a thorough postural and movement assessment to revels the kink within the body.

From there I lay down a detailed plan and program, comprised of stretching, mobilisation and corrective exercise techniques to Rebalancing your body structure.

This may also require changes in food consumption, and lifestyle habits to support the healing process of the body.

What it would look like to embark on an injury rehabilitation journey with me?

  1. Free 45-minute face-to-face consultation to discuss your situation and medical history and see if we are a good fit.
  2. Postural, musculoskeletal and movement assessment to find the cause of the kink in the structure (time needed, minimum of two hours).
  3. Fill up health history and daily habits ( this will help us to have a clear picture of what is action necessary to take to allow the best healing outcome) 
  4.  I create and provide a detailed plan, of programs inclusive of at-home exercises and actions to be taken.
  5. The first session if necessary will be dedicated to health history and health habit implementation, along with a home program exercise explanation and demonstration, this program is to support and complement the face-to-face program.
  6. Weekly and or fortnightly face-to-face sessions with me.
  7. All of my programs come in a PDF file with a clear explanation of how to execute the program methodically and clearly, this includes a link to the video in addition to a written explanation of how to interpret the program.
  8. For each exercise, there will be written explanations and video links to tutorials created by me.
  9. The program is designed for you, with your needs, equipment availability and goals in mind to deliver the best and most effective and satisfactory results.
