Who Is This For?
This program is for busy, driven individuals who value precision and efficiency. However, before purchasing, you must qualify by taking the Beighton Hypermobility Test.
✔ Medium to low score? You’re good to go!
❌ High score? This program may not be right for you—I recommend strength and conditioning instead.
How It Works
1️⃣ Take the Beighton Test to check if you qualify.
2️⃣ Gather your equipment:
- Swiss ball
- Foam roller (90 cm long, preferably 10 cm in diameter, but not necessary)
- Massage ball or tennis ball
