How does it work?

  1. Free 45-minute Zoom call to discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit.
  2.  I create and provide a detailed plan, in a 6 weeks plan block, each 6 weeks block will have the pre-established numbers of weekly training sessions laid out considering your situation.
  3. All of my programs come in a PDF file with a clear explanation of how to execute the program methodically and clearly, this includes a link to the video in addition to a written explanation of how to interpret the program.
  4. For each exercise, there will be written explanations and video links to tutorials created by me.
  5. The program is designed for you, with your needs, equipment availability and goals in mind to deliver the best and most effective and satisfactory results.
  6. After delivering the program, video analysis is available to ensure the execution of exercises and program structure is optimal and consistent.

First instalment $230
Each 6 weeks block after that is charged at $115
