What is included in the program
π A one-hour movement and postural assessment is compulsory. This allows me to design a program that is suitable for you, your ability, and your specific goals.
π€ A weekly face-to-face private session.
ποΈββοΈ If you are a keen person and would like to train on your own between our weekly or fortnightly sessions, I provide an extra program for you to practice on your own. This program will consider your goals, needs, and equipment availability, ensuring successful results and satisfaction.

What your home program would look like?
π€ First and foremost, we will have a dedicated one-on-one session to go through the program.
π All of my programs come in a PDF file with a clear explanation of how to execute the program methodically and clearly. This includes a link to the video in addition to a written explanation of how to interpret the program.
πͺ For each exercise, there will be written explanations and direct video links to tutorials for each exercise created by me.



My motto is quality not quantity.
Investment
π° The one-off initial investment is $380 including G.S.T, which covers the compulsory postural and movement assessment, program design, and the first session.
π¬ Any one-on-one sessions are priced at $126.50 including G.S.T per session after that.
